Happy Tuesday

Cheese pastahope  you had a nice weekend. i enjoyed a lot.happy Tuesdaylife has bean busy past week organizing my small kitchen. it is spring time.working on few more projects soon i will updatein may challenge sessionwhats for dinner. This week is all about simple and easy! vegetable cheese pasta we love pastaIngredients mixed vegetables boil boil di pasta in water and cook wellthen in a pan add butter then add colourful vegetables shimla mirch(red, green, yellow), then cook it for two too three minutesthen add coked pasta and salt according to your taste cook it for two to three minutes too then add oregano and basil leaves to it and saute it for another two minutes then add 1/2 cup milk and cheesesaute it for another 5 minutesand cook it well after that serve it in a dish plate

Appetizers


Kadai paneer is the combination of  paneer, onion and colourfull bell peppers coated with spicy tomato sauce, spices and herbs. This is very tasty and easy to makeThis very well goes with roti, naan and kulcha.



Ingredients


2 cups paneer(cottage chesse cubes)
1 tbsp oil
a pinch of asofotedia
a pinch of turmeric powder.
2 red whole chillies
1 tbsp corriander powder
1/4 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 cup shimla mirch
1 tbsp garlic paste
3 cups finely choped tomatoes
2 1/2 spoon chilli powder adjust to your taste
salt to taste
kasoorimethi optional
1/4 tbsp garam masala
chopped corriander as per your requirement


Method

Heat oil in the kadai and add red chilli, asofotedia and turmeric powder.
Then add capsicum (shimla mirch), saute it for two to three minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste,chopped tomato, red chilli powder, corriander powder and salt to taste .
saute till tomatoes become melt and well cooked
Put in the cubes of paneer, cottage cheese and cumin powder and saute a bit
Kasoori methi and garam masala, saute for two minutes again
Remove the kadai from the flame and serve hot for garnishing with chopped corriander.

A delicious : BREAD BHAJIA

                        All time snack

Preparation time: 15 min   

Ingredients:

I medium bread loaf
3/4 cup besan
4 medium green chillis
chopped corriander
chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying bhajia

Method of preparing bhajia

1.Remove the top crust of the loaf.
2. Crumble the loaf into medium size pieces.
3. Add little water to besan and mix well
4. Add the coriander, green chillies, chilli powder, gram flour, asofotedia and salt.
5. Drop a spoonful of mixture into the oil to check whether the oil is hot or not
6. drop one by one  bread pieces into besan mixture and then drop into the oil for deep fry. fry on the medium heat so that bread bhajia become crispy
